授業内容：
In his monthly lecture series, Mr. Toyoo Gyohten discussed "Who is Xi Jinping, whither he leads China?" on　April 21st. Thereafter, with an interval, on May 19, he dwelt upon the evolution of an international financial regime in the post-World War II period with implications for Japan's economic recovery and phenomenal growth. In his last testament, on June 16, he will conclude his long series of lectures reflecting upon his experience as a senior Government official in the 1990's in the wake of the bubble burst and the balance sheets collapsed besetting Japan, culminating in the lost 3 decades. Finally, he ponders on whether there still is hope and dream of resurrection for Japan.

東京大学経済学部卒、プリンストン大学大学院社会経済学部留学。
当振興会理事、元大蔵省財務官、元東京銀行会長、現国際通貨研究所名誉顧問、米国ハーバード大学･プリンストン大学客員教授。著書：「Changing Fortunes」（Times Books）、「円の興亡」（朝日新聞出版）、「世界経済は通貨が動かす」（PHP出版）など多数。
