Forward Transaction vs. Futures Transaction 
意味：先渡し取引 vs. 先物取引

説明：
The forward transaction is different from the futures transaction. In the forward transaction, two parties agree to exchange a particular asset such as the U.S. dollar for another asset such as the Japanese yen in a contract specifying price and time for execution.
Meanwhile, the futures transaction allows for an exchange-traded contract based on a pre-determined set of rules regarding amount, tenor, etc.
